Gracias y espero seguir compartiendo.

When I was invited to participate in a yoga class for people with low vision, I loved the idea, but at the same time, I felt nervous. Normally, I guide the class and demonstrate some of the postures, but this time, I had to rely solely on describing the poses and breathing techniques. I was surprised to realize how attentively each person listened and how focused they were on every instruction. Even I felt more present during the session.

The breathing exercises were incredibly helpful in reducing their stress, and the poses allowed them to discover that they could move their bodies in a new, mindful way.

Similarly, when I was part of an aromatherapy workshop, I noticed how developed their sense of smell was for some of them. They could recognize the scents and connect with memories and emotions in a truly beautiful way. I could see their expressions change as I placed essential oil in their hands and gave them a small massage; their moods shifted visibly.

I feel so fortunate to have shared these two tools with such wonderful people. Not only because I saw how much they benefited but also because, on a personal level, it reminded me of the importance of all the senses on a physical, emotional, mental, and energetic level.

Thank you, and I hope to continue sharing.
