Key Initiatives​

The RGV H.I.R.E.S Job Fairs and the 2025 H.I.R.E. Conference—titled Hiring Inclusively, Recognizing Excellence Employer Conference—are key initiatives designed to provide effective solutions for both job seekers and employers in the Rio Grande Valley workforce. These important events aim to engage and harness the potential of a diverse talent pool, including individuals with disabilities as well as those without. By focusing on all job seekers, we recognize their abilities and promote their contributions to the economic growth and well-being of our region. This dynamic platform will facilitate connections between employers and skilled talent while fostering a community united by shared values and a commitment to economic opportunity.
